So, check it out. I (zac) am going to the movie Napoleon Dynamite with some friends and they bring this new super hot girl with them who happens to sit right next to me in the theater. I thought the movie was pretty funny and all but dang she was bustin up like the whole time. I thought, dude this girl is weird-cool! Sure enough we end up hanging out cause im weird too so we hit it off and start surfing , schoolin, snowboardin, chillin, whatever together. About two months of chillin we have the DTR and sho enough we be datin. One thing lead to another and boom i pop the question on a beautiful secluded area of the Del Mar beach just after an epic surf sesh. She was so surprised that she never officially said yes, but im pretty sure she's in. Wow, I am a lucky guy!

The ceremony is on November 25, 2006 down in Balboa Peninsula Park on a grassy field adjacent to the beach (right near the Balboa Pier). To get to the park just take Newport Blvd West from 55 South and follow it all the way down the peninsula. Newport Blvd becomes Balboa Blvd at some point but just keep cruisin till you hit Palm St and turn right into the large parking area. The prices vary depending on if you go into the pay area or park at the meters. The park is across the Balboa Pier walkway from this parking lot so just cross the walkway and look for a bunch of people in tuxes or dresses, white chairs, an arch and a string quartet. The ceremony will be starting at 3:30 pm.

So after all the mushy stuff is done the party is moving 200 yards across the peninsula to the Harborside Pavilion. Just head away from the Pier on the Balboa Pier walk onto Main St. and cross Balboa Blvd. Main St. ends at the Pavilion and head up the stairs to the left at the entrance. If this is confusing just follow one of the many Newport locals at the wedding, they go way back with this place and have some sweet stories about it. The reception is upstairs and looks out over the bay, which is spectacular at night time. Up there you can look forward to an open bar (limited of course so you will remember our wedding), delicious buffet dinner, and some sweet melodies (but the sweetest Melody is mine - ha!).

Most people live or have relatives in the "OC" or LA but if you don't, there are many hotels in the area that cover a wide range of prices. As for our traveling plans, we are going to Negril, Jamaica for a fun little five day honeymoon and then we will be heading off to the Colorado Rockies. We will be working at either Vail or Beaver Creek ski resorts for the entire winter season! We will know once our living situation is set. After this season is over, we may come back and work in San Diego, or, we may go to New Zealand for their winter season if our traveling thirst has not been quenched. Or, we may be....only God knows where we will be and we are excited to find out

**Please check back for info regarding hotel accommodations. We are going to block some rooms in local hotels for our guests to reserve. The names and telephone numbers will be posted here** :)
Just like to say thanks to our parents and family for helping and supporting us with this crazy thing and we look forward to seeing all of you down in Newport Beach if we don't see you sooner!
