Grant and I met way back in 2002 when he was a junior at Centre College and I was just a high school cheerleader (Grant is very proud of this). We dated for a few months until Grant forgot how to pick up the phone. We managed to get back in touch over the years but it was intermittent and not very serious. We ended up losing touch in 2004 when he graduated and I only had his dorm phone number. (How sad). Grant, like Ulysses, then spent the next two years trying to find me until one day he found my posting on All Experts.com. He sent me his new phone # and we ended up talking for hours that first night and for every night for months. Grant proposed on March 9th 2007 and we are so excited about spending everyday together forever.

Our wedding (yay!) is on July 26, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Harrodsburg, KY. It will be a full Catholic mass with Father Danny Schwendeman officiating (what a patient, patient man). We would list all of the attendants here but we cannot truely do them justice with a character limit. Please know that our attendants are the people we consider closest to us in the world. These are the people who would be there in times of need and in times of celebration (or a wedding which is both a time of need and a celebration :). It is our wish that all of our guests will participate actively both in presence and in spirit during this most exciting ceremony. We are looking forward to celebrating with the people we couldn't imagine life without.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at Anderson Dean Park in the Lions Club Pavilion. Bring your dancing shoes and remember the only rule at the reception is the two drink minimum.
